I have contacted the General Contractor of the construction site, 830 The Esplanade N, and asked for his assistance in addressing the issue and curtailing vehicle parking. Public Works can address the status of the sign.
This is the response I received from the general contractor for the project at 11:54 AM, 4/24/18;
Ropes, and no parking signs have been installed on the south side of Ormond since the asphalt paving went in.
Also we have told and are enforcing no parking on the south side of Ormond by any contractors, We have also opened up a gate on the Madrid to allow more onsite parking. Any damage done by us to the shoulder will be repaired at the time we asphalt inside our property, which we hope to be in approximately 60 to 90 days
