What is the status on this issue? There's a post from the "Code Enforcement North" on 10/31/17 that the enforcement process had been started. What is the timeline for the garage to be addressed?

Compliance with the issue was not reached on the agreed upon date of May 1st 2018. Reviewing next steps with the city attorney and the building official.
The duplicate item for this issue was listed as "closed as owner has reached compliance." The dilapidated structure is still there. I don't know how this is compliant.
