As of 12/14, can has not moved since 12/7. Everyone else has put their cans away. It only takes a few steps to do this.

Yep, still there. Resident probably won't put can away unless being told to do so. Most everyone plays by the rules. Or should we all leave our garbage cans out in the open?

Can still out since 12/7 and now it is 12/26. What is the point of a regulation or law if there is no follow through? Perhaps a phone call or a message left in the mail box would suffice?

As of 1/8/18, the can has not been moved! Still there behind the car that has not moved in about two or more years, in front of the house with mold on it. Must be mold inside also?

While the picture is old, the incident is new! The pick-up for garbage was Monday, 3/19/18. As of today, 3/28, the can is still there, so the matter is not closed.

Can is still outside, since 3/19/18. What good are regulations if there is no follow-up? I see other residents doing the same thing. They don't care about their "curb" appeal.
