You might want to clear off the ivy covering the telephone pole on the east side of Hatch between Harvest Walk and Montgomery Glen since a good deal of it is poison ivy.

The problem has not yet been resolved, so I have sent an email to RG&E to address the issue. I assumed this was something Penfield would have done if it is not their jurisdiction. We'll see if the email helps. In the meantime, the ivy is reaching farther into the sidewalk.

Well, I'm going to close this issue, but not that it has been resolved. Unless ignoring the issue until the poison ivy dies is the way RG&E decided to handle it. In that case they were successful. I guess I'll just have to reopen it again next summer when the poison ivy returns.

RG&E has decided to ignore this issue until, finally, the poison ivy died. I guess that's one way to deal with it. Hope no one contracted anything from it in the meantime.
