Description

The owner of 578 Ocean Ave. contacted this office to register a complaint about a DEAD TREE that is located behind several properties on OCEAN AVE. Supposedly, the property in question is called an EASEMENT ACCESS AREA for the city and PSE&G.
The dead trees branches have been falling down and capable of damaging properties. In order to access the easement road, you have to enter from Myrtle Ave. between Ocean Ave. & Clerk St.
The caller said, the easement road runs behind several OCEAN AVE. HOMES. He said, the road is located behind 580, 578, 576 and 574 OCEAN AVE.

The caller said, that PSE&G does occasionally access this road to do utility work on the utility pole located on this access road. ****The caller said, the easement road runs behind several OCEAN AVE.
