The LED hasn't turned on since its installment in 2016, and it could be due to a broken wire or two. The light is at a critical position over the roadway, where left-turn lanes leading the freeway begin. Since it's on the western abutment to a freeway overpass, I know not under whose jurisdiction it falls; the city of Petaluma or CalTrans. My workplace is actually near here, and let me tell you, I'm always annoyed about this lamppost failing to activate while others do so by evening twilight.
