Hello,
The street light in front of 108 Forbes Road is on 24/7, the photo electric sensor most likely needs replacing. The light has been this way for quite some time now, I guess the Taylor Morrison sales reps never thought something wasn't right when the street light directly in front of their model home/offices is on with broad daylight.

Anyways, the light needs some attention since this is a waste of electricity.
