Q. Please describe the issue
A. Residents business vehicles & large boat are ccupying the entirety of the paper street portion of Irwin St between Newell & Montauk. Additionally the resident had an inordinate amount of personal items on the adjacent power company property as well. This needs to be addressed. This is a residential area and is not zoned for commercial excavation business. Next thing you know the resident will seek the city & power company property he is illegally using by adverse possession. Please make the resident rent a commercial property for all his crap.
