Traffic turning right onto Banyan from Quadrille is supposed to stay in the traffic lane. However, instead of doing that, if there are no cars parked on Quadrille across from the Courthouse, cars speed past the traffic lane and drive through the parking spots. I've seen many near accidents when cars legally turning right try make that turn but have to stop abruptly in order not to hit the illegally turning cars. This is a big problem after 5 pm when the Courthouse is closed.
