I will be filing a claim against the city's insurance policy however I am asking going forward that you do not assertively plow from the street into my yard into my fence. You have damaged my fence. My fence is located on my property and not on the egress area. I witnessed the city plow doing this the night of the storm. Did not see damage til today. Though hard to see. The fence is bowed and broken.
