Description

During evening rush hour, people (probably parents picking up) park on the curved part of the road on M Street right in front of the Perry School near the intersection of M and New York Avenue, restricting the two through lanes on M Street to one. This causes stopped traffic all along outbound New York Avenue. Signs say no parking, but it is never enforced. It needs to be enforced. I have put in service requests at DC.gov and they have been examined and closed, but the problem still persists.
