Description

Every morning people park on the corner of Belmont St and Springfield St (both sides), to run to ABA Cleaners, or some other other stores in that block. This creates a huge hazard, and drivers coming up from Springfield cannot see around the car to look for oncoming traffic. You then have to edge out into the road, creating a hazard. The same goes for the other side of Springfield St. Cars are usually parked on both corners, creating blind spots.
