As a pedestrian that has to cross both Gervais and Assembly, I constantly see Vehicles turning right on red during business hours, as prohibited by signs on every light here. There are often times when pedestrians have the right of way to cross, but vehicles perform rolling stop and turn right on red. Someone is going to get hit by a vehicle unless these rules are enforced. This happens multiple times EVERY DAY. Just put a HEAT vehicle out there and start writing some dang tickets!
