Sharraxaadda

Two days ago during heavy rainfall I noticed that Williams Street where it meets Cone Street was under about 10 inches of water. I investigated and it appeared that no water was going down the drain next to the parking garage. The drain across the street were functioning fine but on the eastern side by the parking garage the puddle was enormous. The street is beginning to buckle from constant water damage of this type. It was also very difficult to cross the street or drive through the puddle because it was so deep.
