Phoned Albany police 45 minutes ago. Two teenage black males disposing of dead female pit bull behind residence or back fields near community garden.

Albany Police located the dead dog along with two sets of rubber gloves used to dispose of the animal. Please prosecute to the highest level. Poor animal deserved better.
