Description

There was some utility work done at 2 locations at corner of Montell @ Piedmont Ave. The patchwork is awful. If it is temporary that is fine but if this work is complete and permanent then it is unacceptable. I have submitted 2 photos of the patches. Sidewalk is concrete and the patch is tar. ?
