Drivers routinely screech up and down Oakland at 40-50mph which is way more than the posted limit and it happens at all hours...but especially at night. The street has signs posted saying that the speed limit is "monitored by radar" but if it actually we're, almost EVERY person would be getting ticketed. Not only is it loud and disruptive to the evening, but it is also very unsafe. I slow down to pull into the driveway and practically get mowed over by cars behind me using Oakland as a super highway!
