Trash was collected tonight and THIS is 154 Van Reipen Ave. The problems associated with this house have been reported multiple times for well over a year. Nothing has changed. It has become worse. Owner does not reside here. This 2 family home us being used as an illegal rooming house and those renting rooms claim they are not responsible for upkeep. A manager resides in the basement. This house has become a serious health hazard and quality of life issue for residents of this street!
