Suzuki Forenza has been parked in the same spot on second ave for over 2 weeks. It has weathered 3 snow storms and has never moved. Plate number is HGS 2902

A. The Suzuki Forenza has been parked in the same spot for three storms now. The car hasn't been moved since a parking ticket was issued almost a week ago. The plow has not been able to make a pass, creating a hazard for a shared driveway.
