After investigation from our NPDES and Water and Navigation divisions, no enforceable violations were found under their ordinances. This matter has been forwarded to Code Enforcement for their inspection and for further investigation of compliance under their ordinances.

As the foam base of this trailer is deteriorating and pieces braking off into Lake Seminole it is environmentally hazardous to the lake and wildlife.

As reported earlier this rusted out trailer is floating in Lake Seminole on foam base that is deteriorating with pieces braking off into the lake. This issue is environmentally hazardous to the lake as well as to aquatic widelife. Owner should be contacted to remove this hazard. Please refer to photo.
