As you know, this winter has been a perfect storm with temps up and down to extremes that have created the potholes all across the area. You have a few options I know of. First, you can call PennDOT 1-800-FIX-ROAD to report it(they are backlogged so a wait is likely). Second, due to PennDot's backlog, they are paying local municipalities like UD Twp. to fix the roads so you can call The Highway Roads and Bridge Maintenance Division of the Department of Public Works of UD Twp. Lastly, if there is a safety issue you can call 911 and have the UD Police Dept come out to assess the situation and they will help you. I hope this helped.
