the sewer cover has sunk tremendously and thus when a truck or larger vehicle rides over it, it makes a very loud thud. This is the third time I am reporting this. Last time someone called me immediately and sent someone out who marked it with a blue X. That was months ago. Still has not been fixed. What is the problem?????
