Yes, and that group of buildings is named The Capitol Complex, not The Capital Complex. This is how this group of buildings including the Capitol Building has always been named ever since they proposed building The Capitol Complex in the 60's and how it has always been noted on maps and other signs. Hey, it's not a big deal to me but it's still wrong, you misspelled the word Capitol as Capital. If we all have to look at it for the next 25 years I guess we will just have to get over it, but it will still be wrong. Your thought process and a check in a dictionary should have found this to be true.Those buildings are the Capitol Building's "Complex", not the premier, number one, largest, or first complex. The Capitol Complex is in Lansing the Capital City of Michigan!

You can name a business or a building Capitol, as well as Capital, but in this case, the building at Michigan Avenue and Capitol Avenue is the Capitol Building[home of the legislator] and the complex of buildings there is the Capitol Complex.

Complaining in this format is not getting you any where in correcting this matter, perhaps another approach would provide you with the attention that you so desperately need for this issue.

My guess is that you will still be complaining about this issue over the next 25 years.
You were explained the City of Lansing's logic behind the spelling and yet you still complain.
I suspect that you have the type of person that needs to be right even when you are wrong and when proven wrong in a given situation you continue to need to argue your point relentlessly until the other party concedes just to get you to stop, at that point you begin to gloat about being right all along even though you realized you were wrong long ago.
I not saying you are right or wrong in this issue I am simply stating the obvious.
