I was walking my dog yesterday and counted over 15 cigarette butts on the roadway. We need to work with the town to ban smoking in our community. I would appreciate everyones support in getting smoking banned in our town. It is not healthy and leads to fires. My dog ate a cigarette butt and I had to take him to the Vet and incurred a $80 bill. The Dr. stated there was nothing he could do but I am concerned about cancer risks because he ate the cigarette butt.
