Description

The street drain on the northwest corner of Roseneath and Patterson is not working and the intersection is flooded. There's a crosswalk here, and the flooding means that kids cannot cross in the crosswalk to get to Albert Hill middle school. This is a safety issue for both pedestrians and vehicles passing through this intersection.
