I don't blame this person for fixing his alleyway. I have asked repeatedly for years that the alley behind my house be bladed and nothing has happened. My alley is behind 37th Ave NE and between Oak and Locust, it needs to be bladed every year because it keeps sinking when heavy trucks drive over the alleyway. Then when it rains, cars and truck drive in the alley splashing mud on the white vinyl fence. The alley on the other side of Locust has a better street surface. I have requested a better surface, no response. Why would it be wrong to fix a problem if the city ignores requests.
