This is not “delivery” of material, this is littering. The law is extremely clear, reading as if it were written specifically for this scenario. The behavior is widespread and the city is aware of it. It has measurable negative impacts on our city-owned streets and water systems. This isn’t being reported because we’re too lazy to pick up a piece of trash, it’s being reported because the big picture effects are beyond our individual control. That’s why people have governments. Please help to improve the city by enforcing the law.
