I have researched this location a little further and have determined this location to be on public property- parcel #0004800002, owned by a government agency. It's on the gravel parking strip adjacent to 12642 Interurban Ave- near Suburban Propane.

This matter has been referred to Tukwila Police Traffic Division.

Very happy this property has now been determined to belong to the City. Vehicle immediately being impounded after I remove the homeless folks that took up residence in it in the last few days. Property will be kept clear of abandoned vehicles promptly now that ownership has been determined.
