Thank you for reporting this issue. After reviewing our records, it appears that NW 23rd Boulevard is either a private road or is maintained by the City of Gainesville; unless the road of concern is not NW 23rd boulevard and is actually something different.
Your submission has been sent to the Alachua County's Public Works' Engineering Department as well as the City of Gainesville for further research for resolution.

Widening and resurfacing NW 23rd Ave from NW 58th Blvd to NW 83rd St. is currently on the County’s capital improvement projects list and design is scheduled to commence this year.
