Description
Snow in the intersection makes right hand turns extremely difficult to sometimes impossible when coming from s Winooski Ave and trying to turn back on to Saint Paul street going north. Everyone that lives on the lower block makes this turn about 20% of the time, so hundreds of times a week.

Mike,
Correct me if I am wrong but isn't that snow in the intersection actually a parklet? I believe this is an extended curb to prevent those that want to make a right onto St. Paul Street. If you need to go toward St. Paul, go around the rotary, that's what it is there for.

This snow pile may be an unintentional or intentional harbinger of a more permanent curb placement being considered for this intersection. Note that there will be a presentation at 6:30 p.m. on 21 February at DPW of the scoping study, a portion of which utilized a very sharp right turn for this turn from So. Winooski onto St. Paul St., northbound:

This area is not snow, but actually concrete curb that creates the radius around the corner.
