Description
Recycle bin full of concrete and building debris spilled in street. I heard a loud crash so I'm thinking it may have fallen off a truck. (did it fall or was it pushed??) Someone kindly righted the bin, but the spilled concrete debris in the road is a hazard to autos and bicycles. Right at the intersection of Filbert and 30th.
