The below incident was reported to me by the Bishop St blockwatch:
Possible Drug Transaction

I stopped home for lunch this afternoon at approximately 1:15pm. As I pulled up to my house I noticed a Black Jeep Wrangler parked in front of 84-86 Bishop St with engine running. Driver was a male, white/latino, 30's, bald with goatee, he didn't look familiar. I walked into the house to get the dog. As I peeked back out a Red Toyota or Nissan pulled up and parked across the street. The passenger stepped out of the car and jumped in the Jeep. I came out w/ dog which may have spooked them. The passenger quickly exited and both cars drove off.

I got a partial plate on the Black Jeep 809-KUV (not definite though). This was definitely a suspicious exchange and considering the recent arrest on State St for similar transactions we need to keep our eyes peeled for this type of activity. I called the incident in to Lt. Sweeney.
