how can NO VIOLATION FOUND be accurate? the picture is worth a 1000 words or in this case at least $1000 in fines.

I had the exact response from the city when I reported bandit signs on Kirby. Pathetic city service.

The concept of this website is great. I believe it’s lacking in execution. These bandit signs are illegal and against city ordinance. I’ve removed hundreds from my neighborhood in recent months just to see new ones up within a day or two. Does anyone know how to proceed with enforcement...fines for violators?
