Washington Ave between Congress and Eastern Promenade- This entire stretch has too many potholes to list a specific address. Many are "tire busting" potholes. There also numerous depressions that are not visible until it's too late to avoid. Cars are swerving to avoid potholes and depressions creating high collision risk.
