Description
Caller described bus stops in both directions for Route 42, located at Linebaugh Ave. and 14th St, that do not appear on OneBusAway, but the caller insisted that he was looking at them and they had the ID's of 8007 and 8008. I called Dispatcher Jeff to attempt to confirm the existence of these stops but we were unable to determine for certain.

Remember that estimated arrival times may vary plus or minus 3 minutes, HART suggests to arrive at your bus stop 5-10 minutes prior to the buses' scheduled time.

The stops were added but somehow they didn't get into the OBA data extraction. They also did not get into the data extraction for the February 25 service changes. Obviously, there is a problem with the data entry on our end. We'll go into it and find the problem. We can't say when the stops will show up in OBA since we'll see whatever problems occur with the Feb. 25 service changes and do a mass update about a month later.
Until the correction, the patron should take his/her readings in OBA off the next or preceding stop, which should give approximately the same time to stop as 8007 and 8008. We thank the patron for bringing this to our attention.
