Mounds BLVD Northbound at Kellogg.There are double left turn lanes to head west on Kellogg. However, the light at the intersection is only set up for a single left turn. This causes motorists who are remaining on Mounds blvd to clog the outside left turn lane to Kellogg. Quite infuriating considering the usage this intersection sees. Please address, thank you.
