Thanks for raising this issue. This is a complex multi-stakeholder issue with some pretty remote geography involved. We'll discuss internally on how to approach this issue, but it will likely involved reaching out to the province, the snowmobile club and other stakeholders to get some information out, as well as signage along the access roads.
Being outside the City limits, these roads and logging roads are a provincial responsibility, and the City does not have the authority to limit access.
