Thank You for the replacement of street light.
OBSERVATION: To prevent further damage / knock down of this same light pole which is expensive recommend adding a warning sign on the light pole itself or new post placed in between light pole and the exit curve coming off of Capital Blvd showing that it is a curver ahead and not an intersection.

DESCRIPTION
Street light apparently knocked down over a week ago maybe longer. Laying in grassy median on Wade Ave where Capital Blvd North and South exits merge together onto Wade. Ave West.

The Public Works Department has responded and stated a work order has been written to install a warning sign at this location.
