  Well at least he is quiet unlike the big drumming group that has taken over the entire pergola area so no one else can use it they drum every weekend/holiday for 8+ hours non stop. Their noise disturbance to our entire neighborhood is deafening,

  numerous times but until OPD shows it's usually a day late and yes we have filed numerous reports.
