Description

This morning a large platform truck spilled either diesel or oil on the road at Lombard and Victoria. The driver placed absorbent material where the bulk of the liquid was, however they never sweeped it off and it is still there 8 hrs later. With the next rain event, the entire spilled material + the absorbent will end up on the storm sewer.
