This is a very consistent problem. I have noticed it many times as I drive there daily.

And the looks that offenders give you when you pull into the left lane correctly and they turn right simultaneously. It’s great. Road rage waiting to happen, or accident.

Suggest that signage be placed there also in addition to repainting the street.

Yes, this is a good idea to paint the roadway. There are still a number of drivers who either don’t know or don’t care that Bay Street NE is “one way” going North.

Please!....I’m nearly hit every day by someone who does not realize that there are 2 separate lanes, and that the left hand lane is the only turn lane.

I think one of the problems is that across 22nd Avenue, Bay Street is NOT one-way. As you approach the intersection from the South and see a car coming toward you, it's easy to forget it's one way. This is even more reason for the markings for left turn be really clear.

Yes. I agree. I have caught myself several times in the right lane when making a left turn. Repainting is an excellent idea.
