The potholes are getting bigger and bigger

This is a private street owned by the property owner. This street is not maintained by the City of Little Rock.

Should Code Enforcement be contacted since this is private property? I didn't know anyone owned the street.

The condition of this private street has been sent to Code Enforcement this week so they can contact the owner and request repairs.

The pothole problem here goes back decades. It is a known safety hazard. I once witnessed an LRPD cruiser bottomed-out and stuck in a pothole on Town & Country Ave. If that had been an emergency call then property or life might have been lost because of the disrepair. The owner should be held accountable in the same way that the owner of University Plaza was held responsible for the disrepair at that location.

Yes the potholes are still there. I thought by making this report that action would be taken, but I guess not.

I no longer stay in that neighborhood anymore, but I recently tried to Popeye's going down that street and it is now blocked off. So I guess they resolved the issue by not allowing it to be a pathway anymore
