THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED..JUST IGNORED BY THE CITY. EVEN CORRESPONDENCE TO THE CITY MANAGER HAS BEEN IGNORED

Public Works Operations has a pending work order to re-grade shoulders that will allow for proper drainage in this location. The request was closed in by the system since there was a previous service request submitted via telephone for this location and it can not be linked to this request due to the application limitations. This application is currently under review for improvements. For further information or a status update please contact Public Works Operations Customer Service directly at 757-385-1470 and reference existing service request 91499920. Thank you.

Excuse the sarcasm but, this shade of lipstick looks horrible on the pig!!! Seriously? The issue is now twice as problematic as before the outcry of the residents. Please fix this.

This is what we woke up to AFTER the city screwed it up even worse. This was a hack job.
TO THE CITY > The sides of the roads need to be graded to proper elevation to allow storm water runnoff ... DO not spread more gravel it only makes flooding worse

We are not important to the city.. You can believe if BRUCE THOMPSON LIVED HERE it would have been fixed.. I am confident the Mayor and City Manager does not have this problem is his neighborhoods either

How many requests does it take to get work done!

NOT FIXED YET ...The city has committed (In Writing) to properly fix this but not done yet!!!. Wait and see at this point.

Per my conversation with Community Affairs Office this week, 500 block of 24th Street work including re-grading is scheduled to begin before the end of February, weather permitting of course.
