One year??? There is something incorrect in this workflow. Somebody complains about a violation, the City representative says, thanks for reporting, report it again? Should not the traffic division answer and close their own assignments?
Thank you for reporting! The Police Department, Traffic Division is responsible for handling all abandoned vehicle reports on streets and public property. You can file your report with them by downloading the Vallejo Police Department application on your phone, filing a claim online (http://www.cityofvallejo.net/city_hall/departments___divisions/police/police_online_services/) orby calling the abandoned vehicle hotline (707) 648-4682.
If you have any questions or concerns please call the PD Traffic Division at (707) 648-4329.
Why do you have abandoned vehicles as part of your drop down choices if this is the wrong site to report them? Can't you just forward them to the police department rather than having us report it twice?
Thank you for reporting! We acknowledge that this vehicle has been parked on the street for over a year, but since it was just reported it will be added to a list of other abandoned vehicles. Your vehicle has been forwarded to our traffic division and has been added to the abandoned vehicles list.
