The stretch from W Territorial RD all the way down to the Allina HOME building has sever potholes large enough to swallow a tire. Large semi's take this road to the railroad tracks and they have RUINED the road each spring time. When my axel breaks I will bill the city for time off and repairs. There is a Dialysis facility and we see a lot of ambulances there this is a problem for patient care.
