Snow across from this store at the corner of Ridge Hill Ave. completely blocking that corner too making driving very dangerous coming out of that street onto Broadway. No snow piles in the stores parking lot.

Cleaning the side walk is becoming a pain I am living on Eastern Ave and I cleaned 3 times plus cleaned the fire hydrant
Every time plow goes by buried the snow back into the sidewalks
Who is responsible to cleaning the mess the plow leave it for us

Store owner has many milk crates and drain pipe going right across the sidewalk there too.

Business made aware of issue. Employee says they will take care of it.

How many warnings do they get before a citation is issued? This is the 2nd time that they have been warned this year alone. The first time the City removed their snow from the corner of Ridge Hill Avenue which was blocking the whole corner like it is now. Does everyone get the same treatment? This was such a flagrant violation for a business that has owned that property for years.
Also, there is all ice on their sidewalk on Broadway and Ridge Hill Ave. every morning from water draining off of their roof.

I think it’s a shame where some businesses have to pay fines and abide by City Ordinances and others can get away with anything.
There has been absolutely nothing done at this business even though the City says it has been acknowledged on March 16th and that the Employees will take care of it as stated above. Here it is March 22nd. They have had ample time to remove the snow. It’s time to react!
The snow remains high on the sidewalk. The crates remain stacked on the sidewalk. Their snow still blocks the corner of Ridge Hill Ave. and Broadway. Is the City now going to issue a fine to the Owner like it would to any other business that completely ignores the Cities warning?

So a $200 ticket allows the snow to stay there? Not a bad swap because it would cost them more than that to remove it.
Or is there going to be subsequent fines for everyday it remains ?
And will the ticket be checked to make sure they pay it?
