Thank you for reporting this issue. The Officer for this area will investigate the address. Please know in order for this to be a violation there needs to be a considerable amount of trash/debris in the yard. An Officer also must observe the violation as it sits, so if the debris is removed before an officer can investigate, we are unable to begin a violation case. If there is a violation, we will make contact with the occupants and inform them of their rules and regulations regarding debris in the yard. Updates will be posted here.

Complaint 4363140 IS NOT a duplicate of this complaint! It is a repeat of this problem that happened a month later! It is a consistently repeating problem! Do something about it!

The Code Officer reported that the area has been cleaned up and the baskets have been moved to the street for removal; will continue to monitor.

Just FYI, they did not not remove the shopping carts - they rolled them to the corner and left them on someone else’s property.

Cart the owner/manager of 1504/1502 Alpine pushed off their property and dumped in the yard of 1500 Alpine Circle is still there.

The Code Officer has seen no further violations.
