Descripción
Occupants have been issued several citations for dumping garbage and piling it up in the alley. They currently have three mattresses and a couch along with other things in the back yard. There front yard also has garbage from their constant garage sales but is never moved from the front of their yard. The front yard and back yard are constantly filled with garbage and despite being cited and cleaned up by the city they just fill it back up with more garbage and leave it to sit.
