Description

Yet again, this dog is off the leash and pooping where it pleases. The owners of this dog actually picked up this latest bathroom break but failed to pick up it's many previous droppings. The residence of 310 2nd street paid for this sapling. The owners live at 316 2nd street. Please send animal control to this residence and tell them that owning a dog means walking it on a leash and picking up it's waste every. Single. Time.
