Description

2 men in a white street sweeper come to pick up trash from the Home Depot parking lot and "clean" the parking lot. This often occurs late 10pm-12am. They use an extremely loud gas powered leaf blower to blow trash out of the parking lot and onto DC property and private property. They should now be allowed to pick up trash this late. They should not be allowed to dump trash into DC and private property. This is a continual problem. Additional videos and photos available.
